Processing Time

All our products are handmade with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and preparation before shipping. This time is needed to produce and package your items to the highest quality standard.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched:

• Ireland: Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

• United Kingdom: Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays may extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer:

• Standard shipping within Ireland
• Free delivery on orders over €60.00 (Ireland)
• Standard International shipping to the United Kingdom
  

International Shipping & Customs (UK Orders)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent from Ireland. These orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs processing fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mellow Flame does not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

We currently ship within Ireland and to the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (if available for your shipping method).

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mellowflame.info@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
