Refund policy

REFUND POLICY – Mellow Flame

We hope you love your candles and decor from Mellow Flame. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

  • To request a return, please email us at mellowflame.info@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Conditions for Return We can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unlit (for candles), undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Items are returned in the same condition as received.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or lit candles.

  • Products with signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g. candles made with names, custom scents, or special requests).

3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs & International Returns (UK)

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival).

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For UK Returns: Any customs duties, taxes, or processing fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable through Mellow Flame. When returning items from the UK, the customer must ensure that the shipment is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges during import back to Ireland. Any such charges incurred by Mellow Flame due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from the refund amount.
